Project Bahama Gold

A Mountain Cruising Defender 110 Soft-Top

The Base Restoration

This Land Rover Defender 110 came from a mountain town in Northern Spain, where it served as a transport vehicle for children going to school and villagers going between towns and markets.

A Timeless Classic

As a well used Defender, this particular restoration donor had plenty of bumps, bruises, and dings from years of service.  While the exterior was rough, the foundation was great for a complete restoration.  We begin by a complete body-off disassembly, a panel-off paint job, and a complete refurbishment of each component.

Heritage + Style

The finished Land Rover Defender 110 was re-assembled with care to protect the new Bahama Gold paint. A custom interior was trimmed to provide style and durability during it’s next life in the Colorado mountains.  The final phase will involve converting to a soft-top and completing some major engine upgrades.

See The Behind The Scenes Steps in the Restoration Process

We believe in full transparency with both our pricing and our build process.  We provide complete documentation with each build, including pre-restoration photos of the donor vehicle, behind-the-scenes during the build, and ultimately the final finished product.  This documentation creates a record of your Land Rover Defender build and provides a great provenance that will provide long-term value for your investment.
