We’ve had this truck around the shop for a couple years. It was (and still is) a 2.5TD that ran super smooth until a turbo seal started to go out.  We parked it and were contemplating on what to do with the project – fix the Turbo or swap the motor.  We continued to push it around a bit until it ended up just sitting at my buddy’s shop down the road from us.

It’s a great base of a truck that could be easily repaired as the 2.5TD, but would make a much better conversion for a 200Tdi or 300Tdi.  We’ve ordered up a new set of doors, as the ones currently on it have rusted at the bottoms.  We could fix this up for you, or just make a set of doors available for you swap out.

I believe we have a spare 2.5TD available in our workshop that we would throw in as parts to get the turbo and diesel pump running again.
