Girona

Girona shares her name with a city in Spain’s northeastern Catalonia region, knowns for medieval architecture and Roman remains.  As much of the original history of the city remains, we felt the name fitting for such an original classic Land Rover Defender 90, as well.

We originally took in this little Defender 90 as a restoration project, bound for a full nut-and-bolt restoration, only to realize that she was incredibly solid and original and simply needed a mechanical overhaul to prepare her for her next life in America.

She is a factory 300Tdi with 5 Speed Gearbox that gets her anywhere you want to go.  We retained her simplicity, while focusing on reliability and structural integrity.
